The building forms a transition between the commercial buildings on Remuera Road and the houses of the northern slopes. Maximising the sun and outlook available from all levels with the north elevation.

The southern façade is more monolithic addressing adjacent the commercial zone.

The northern, western and eastern facades are highly modulated and stepped to relate to the residential neighbours and provide plenty of outdoor living space.

Block 9

The length and orientation of the building ensure that all the apartments face north.
Given the location's exclusive nature, the apartments are spacious, of very high quality and open onto large decks.

The length of the building is broken by a double-height porte cochere giving access to multiple lobbies, a pedestrian link directly to Remuera Road and a vehicle turning and drop-off area.
