We drew design references from Toorak, Double Bay and Long Island, to develop a stately home of permanence and tradition, in both materials and design. We used concrete construction and traditional detailing, assembled to create specific imagery reflecting the owner’s brief. It sits comfortably amongst its neighbours in Auckland's oldest suburb, Parnell.
