Located in a suburban West Auckland neighbourhood, this site provides a buffer between factory sheds and residential neighbours. We needed to create a stylish and functional building that didn't feel industrial. It had to appear at home in a residential neighbourhood. .

We designed a, long, low building with large V-shaped structural supports and created a terraced, landscaped entrance. The result is understated and nearly domestic in scale - almost likened to a very large, contemporary family home
